Frequently Asked Questions
What are the turnaround times?
For both Custom Color Correction and Culling & Custom Color Correction services, orders with less than 800 images will be returned in just 3-5 business days! For orders with more than 800 images, expect them to be ready in just 6-8 business days..
Can I share my custom editing style?
Of course! Feel free to send Lightroom presets and samples of your work explaining you specific editing preferences. I will make sure to reference these custom preferences as I process your order.
How do I prep my files to send to you?
Exporting in Lightroom is a simple process that allows you to save both your catalog and Smart Previews for editing. Start by selecting the images you want to export in your Lightroom catalog. You can easily select all images by clicking on one and then using the CMD-A (Mac) or CTRL-A (Windows) shortcut.
If you have any edited images that you'd like us to use as a reference for editing, simply label them in green by right clicking on the image, selecting 'Set Color Label', and choosing 'Green'. This step is optional but can help us understand your editing style preferences.
To export your catalog and Smart Previews, navigate to the 'File' tab in Lightroom and select 'Export as Catalog'. Name your catalog and make sure to check the box for 'Build / Include Smart Previews'. Leave all other boxes unchecked before proceeding with the export.
o prepare your Lightroom files for submission, make sure to include both the .lrcat file (Lightroom Classic catalog) and the .lrdata file (Smart Previews) in the folder you'll be zipping and sending to us.
For Lightroom 11 or later, also include the .lrcat-data file for a total of three files.
To compress the folder on a Mac/Apple, right-click the folder and select "Compress Items." For Windows users, right-click the folder, select 'Send to', and then choose 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.
Upload the zipped folder to Dropbox and obtain a shareable link.
*Please refrain from renaming your original RAW files after sending the catalog. If you wish to rename your files, do so before creating the catalog for submission.
